My problem is procrastination. I am constantly at war with this monster (procrastinating). And the situation I am in, doesn't help much either. I am not a work at home person (yet). I started last year (with a simple blog). So, I have 2 (almost) full time jobs, which means I am out of home for 14-15 hours a day. When I get home, I have to start working on my blog (content, link building, seo, and etc). It gets hard at times. To make the matter worse, I suffer from sever depression. So, its easy for me to procrastinate. I have learned to use the 2nd technique you mentioned, I trad one thing for another, write a post, watch 30 minuets of universe.
